The contest
Happy Halloween!! YARI is hosting a virtual Halloween costume contest! Donate $5 (or more) and submit a picture of your pet in costume here! Our first place winner will receive a gift certificate valued at $45 including rubber toys, treats, and more from BarkBox! Our second place winner will receive a custom pet portrait from YARI’s very own graphic designer. Proceeds will be split between Samson’s Sanctuary and Wags and Walks. Samson’s Sanctuary is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that rescues dogs from high-kill shelters and from the illegal meat trade in South Korea. Samson’s believes that every animal deserves a loving home, and they work hard every day to make that belief a reality. Wags and Walks is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and a dedicated community of dog lovers working to reduce euthanasia in local shelters and increase awareness of rescue dogs being wonderful pets.
How to enter
To enter the contest, submit a $5 donation via Paypal or Venmo to @theyariorg
Then, fill out the following Google Form with proof of donation, and a picture of your pet in their best Halloween costume! The photos will be judged by YARI’s team, and all proceeds will be divided between Wags and Walks and Samson’s Sanctuary.
